What if I've tried hypnotherapy before and it didn't work?

Most people who’ve tried hypnotherapy before experienced surface-level suggestion — telling the subconscious to stop without addressing what’s driving it. RTT and Strategic Hypnotherapy go to the origin of the pattern. That’s a fundamentally different approach. That’s why the results are different.

Do I need to be completely ready to stop?

You need to want to stop. Readiness is something the work creates — not a prerequisite for it. If part of you wants this and part of you is resistant, that’s completely normal. We work with that, not against it.

What if I've smoked for decades?

The length of time doesn’t determine the outcome. When we find and update the origin, the duration becomes irrelevant. Some of the most significant shifts I’ve seen have been in women who’ve smoked for 30, 40 years.

How many sessions will I need?
