How is this different from therapy?
Therapy works with the conscious mind — understanding, processing, and reframing. That has real value. But it doesn’t reach the subconscious program generating the anxiety. Hypnotherapy and RTT go directly to the origin and change it there. That’s why clients who’ve spent years in therapy experience shifts very quickly that years of talking never produced.
Will I need to keep coming back indefinitely?
